Purple anodized Speedloader for K6S
Ordered three of the D6 speedloaders for a K6S. Was originally using a Zetastrip to carry it with me but decided to try a loader instead. Opted for 5Star as the aluminum is more durable and is overall visually appealing over an HKS. Decided on purple just because. Got them in last week and they were, generally, working well. Noticed that some spots weren't fully covered by the anodizing:the 'nose' part between the rounds still needed a bit more time along with the inner chambers. Unfortunately, one speedloader was clearly a lighter purple and had even more silver-ish exposed at the nose. Contacted 5 star and they quickly emailed me back. A replacement is on the way. They noted that the coloring might be slightly different than the ones I received. Told them that a darker version would be fine and it was noted for their technicians.
