Great speed loader
I’ve bought other loaders that were cheaper but they wouldn’t pass by my 586 frame or they were hard to release the rounds, this one both fits into the cylinder/doesn’t hit the frame/ and releases rounds easy

Speed Loaders
I ordered the Orange anodized version, took about 3 weeks to get, I was informed by email that 5 star was sorry for the delay, I wasn't in a rush to receive but Appreciated the email. Haven't used them yet, but loaded them. The anodizing is Perfect, the finish is spotless. I will definitely be getting some more. Much Appreciated 5 Star!!!

Perfect For Colt Python
Five Stars is right. These speed loaders are very high quality, and function extremely well. They clear the factory grips on the new Pythons with room to spare. The Safariland Comp II speed loaders will not clear. The Five Star L6 Speed Loader works equally well with the Ruger GP-100, clearing the factory Hogue grips with ample space. My only issue with the Five Star speed loaders is the knob rotates counter clockwise to release the cartridges. This seems backwards to me, as the HKS speed loaders rotate clockwise to release. This is what I have been used to for over forty years, so rotating to the left feels a bit awkward. The Colt Python is a fine revolver that deserves a fine speed loader. The Five Star Speed Loaders are precision made and beautifully finished. They complement the Colt Python.
