Shipping

  • Shipping Method: We ship all orders through USPS. You can choose between Ground Advantage and Priority Mail at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship next business day. Orders with anodized colors are built to order and may require extra processing time.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes: We ship to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes via USPS.

  • International Shipping: Many countries are available in the checkout country dropdown. If you don’t see your country, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
    Note: International buyers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Refund Timing: Most refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. (Overall, refunds are typically completed faster than the four-week maximum we quote.)

  • How to Start a Return: Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with step-by-step return instructions.

Warranty

  • Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on 5 Star Firearms speed loaders and reloading blocks (cosmetic issues excluded).

  • Other Products: This warranty does not apply to third-party accessories or non-5 Star Firearms products.
