  • Shipping Method: We ship all orders through USPS. You can choose between Ground Advantage and Priority Mail at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship next business day. Orders with anodized colors are built to order and may require extra processing time.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes: We ship to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes via USPS.

  • International Shipping: Many countries are available in the checkout country dropdown. If you don’t see your country, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
    Note: International buyers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in like-new condition, with no signs of significant use or wear, and include original packaging when possible.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
  • How to Start a Return: Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with step-by-step return instructions.

Warranty

  • Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on 5 Star Firearms speed loaders and reloading blocks (cosmetic issues excluded).

  • Other Products: This warranty does not apply to third-party accessories or non-5 Star Firearms products.
