Great craftsmanship
I have purchased a total of five J5’s for my Judge in 45LC and the 5 Star Firearms speed loaders are of high quality workmanship. I have had zero issues with them while practicing reload drills utilizing snap caps. I use to own a snub nosed S&W .38 and used push type speed loaders so practicing the “twist” and drop is a must. I will confess that these are so nice, I only practice while on thick carpet so I don’t scratch or inadvertently ding them up. I want them to work properly if an unexpected threat arises and abusing them will increase the chances of failure. Oh, if practicing reloading, please use proper snap caps. It’s the only safe way unless you’re on a live fire range…let’s be safe out there.
