.454 zombie speed loader
I ordered this on December 4, 2022. The website said allow 4-6 weeks for anodized speed loaders. The product was not completed until February 16, 2023!!! 11 weeks! I called twice and spoke to Customer service which was anything but customer service! They kept blowing me off giving me the song and dance about how backed up they were. Finally on week 10, I contacted a manager and he agreed the product was taking way too long and should have been made in a much shorter time frame. The manager made some calls and told me that it would be completed within the next week. The product is fine, but I can only give it two stars due to the insane amount of time it took to complete my order even though their website says 4-6 weeks. Buyers beware before ordering, they will take twice as long to complete your order and their customer service is a joke and will blow you off at every opportunity.
